Full Refund
1. We will guarantee a full refund if you do not receive your purchase within 60 business days.

2. Please note that full refund is not available in the following circumstances:
a. Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control. (eg. providing the incorrect/invalid shipping address).
b. Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances.  (eg. natural disasters, custom issues).

Full or Partial Refund
1. We pride ourselves in our product information and quality.

2. We do our best to ensure that all information displayed on this website is complete, current and accurate.

3. Please note that all product measurements and specifications are approximate.

4. We attempt to display all product color on this website accurately. However, the color seen by you may be subject to the display settings on your personal device used to view this website.

We cannot therefore guarantee an accurate representation of product color seen by you.

5. If the product delivered is significantly different from the product description, you can choose to:
a. Return the product and get a full refund.
b. Keep the product and get a partial refund.

6. Before returning any product purchased from our store, you must email to info@junneskitchen.com to receive a reference number along with our return address.

7. Please return the product according to our instructions and send us return proof in the form of the tracking number and a valid return receipt.

8. All returns must be in brand new, restocking condition and contain all original packaging and accessories to be accepted.

9. Product that has been in contact with any food cannot be returned.

10. Product damaged through customer abuse or improper handling will not be accepted.

11. Once we have received and inspected the returned product, you will be notified via email concerning your refund. If approved, you can expect a refund within 7 business days.

12. Please note that shipping costs to return the product are at the customer's expenses.
